Yesterday I added a star to my Rhize, it was successful making it his fourth. The game locked up and when i refreshed he was only at 2 stars, and I lost power!!!!! Please fix

I could be wrong but I think that you lost it anyways and the glitch showed you got the star..Happened to me too.
I have upped two of my Heros to 6 stars. Now they have only 4? So, I upped one of them to 6 stars again. Today, its back to 4. No crashes. Only lost stars. Is there something causing your heros to lose a star?
Sometimes it shows a win when it is in fact a loss.
Be sure to refresh after you added the star to check.
When you get to 7 or more stars, you will see an announcement in worldchat.
If that announcement doesn't come and you are shown a win, it didn't catch.
I think it may be related to moments where you are in fact not connected to the server.
It does not register the win at that point.
I am not sure if it will even take your stars.
It does show you the future though...

It needs to be fixed then by Tynon. I have lost 30 Blue Medals since yesterday due to same.
On server 112 i put a 7th star on my main. Hours later when i refreshed my hero all of a sudden had 4. I've filed a support ticket and updated it many times, but no response. I've take it as Tynon is used to screwing over players and truly does not care. I'm to the point where most likely I'll mvoe on to another game if they a cannot fix it.
clarification my whole guild saw the 7th star in world and i still only have 4 stars.
Same thing... I had 6 stars on Rhize... then flash locked up... when I reboot... I had 4 stars.. what the heck?

BTW... then I clicked to try and get the darn stars back to Rhize, and lost all 11 blue stars, and another 70 gems... this is unacceptable! (oh, and got nothing at all to show for it)
stars absolute rubbish hero at 45 upgrade lose 2 stars buy 20 bue medals not one took, i reported this to tech support they cant even be bothered to reply and its still happening
