When you have a problem, the first response from stanley is always assuming that the player messed up not the game. I mean how many times do I have to tell stanley I know everythinga nd he should just do like I asked the first 50 times. Then it takes 3 or 4 days to get another response.
The system mails are riddled with incorrect things. GREATLY INCREASED ARENA RANK REWARDS...what a joke it was only rep that was increased. The word REWARDS in plural, yet they only increased 1 of the 3 rewards.
SO I expect no acknowledgement of this mistake. Maybe a small compensation of 20m coins or something. But nl is messed on on east coast western i think is having GWf issues. So this one thing caused major issues. And major compensation should be given

The answer I get from stanley when reporting glitches are that they need to verify the issue and will make corrections if needed. Bout the only correction they've made for something I've reported recently was a glitch with the reach level xx quests.
i'm pissed. I was excited for CW, but now GW is completely screwed, NL is screwed, can't load crap and CW is a bust...actually considering quitting over this. I thought that they had gotten a little better since evony, it appears they've only become worse.
They said nothing about the rag and GW times getting changed, don't expect anything.
About the new server mail, I wonder if we should cut them some slack and assume that it was automatically going to be sent out at that time. Nvm not that good of an idea.
why cant we mail the tynon when is gives us some kind of reminder? i am in aggremant with you!
