I logged in to my account and it was gone, brand new account was doing really well, i read to find the server it was last on, but when i go to recent servers its nothing, how can i get ti back or where did it go, IDEAS? help thanks..

Go to the homepage and click 'billing support' or alternatively use the link in my sig. Acoounts do occasionally 'disappear' and it's a well known bug.
They should fix it for you.
Forum Moderators are volunteers and are unable to fix in game problems
Morgan, host on my server is also having problems, however he cannot log in at all - says password is wrong (which is impossible as he has not changed it and no-one else knows it). if he cannot submit a ticket to billing support, what would be the best course of action to take?
