The situation is this; before the patch switching (or using both) Calvin and Cianna in conjunction with Shayd usually did the trick with most Heroic bosses. Now there are much wider selection of heroes and stratgeries, some of which I used. Great with using more of the grey matter, but and there is a 'but' you still need to get a fair few stuns in to beat'em. Since Cianna and even Thucydides tend to be pretty unreliable (there are good reasons for this) its incredibly difficult.

One of guildies commented yesterday that before the patch he'd beaten Lasvicius, not easily but without the difficulty he now has. Now he's struggling and has yet to beat Lasvicius, not surprisingly he's feeling pretty fed up and he only has a few more relics to gain. It's taken me over a week to beat Veleno again. I'm currently at 38m and it was hard work-yes I even used the new heroes...but I still need Shayd to stun enough times to take the boss out.

So it's very easy to tell others that they need to use the new heroes, when your're the one sitting on full 6 set Lightbringers(+) as this patch benefitted you no end. For us lesser mortals who don't spend that much time or money (by the way before the 'VIP's are cheats' crowd descends, spending money on this or any other game is a personal choice and not anyone's business other than the person and their flexible friend. After all without them you wouldn't have the option to play free of charge) who as yet don't have LB 6 sets, who find it difficult to scrap up the 12m coins for transfer and the (up to) 18m credits to open rune slots.

Might be more helpful if you tried to find formations that would assist rather than look down on them.
