I tried. Problem is Herja lasts 2 rounds, which means Queen P goes down as soon as Herja is down. The boss deals 21K damage to everyone every round. In fact, I did better with my standard formation than with Herja+Queen. I can bring him down to a bit more than 60%. All I'd need is for Shayd to survive long enough to land stuns on him, but this isn't happening yet.

Here's what I'm using:
