Minister Lascivius (elite heroics)

I'm having troubles beating this boss. i checked the replays and 2 are from before patch and the other has Maria. I am wondering if anyone has a good formation on beating this boss.I have every hero up to Mulan and Adamanti excluding Maria. Thank you.

This game is so unfair ! looking at the top 3 who beat him they all had bloodstorm or maria . I'm at 15.9 mill. power and they had like 8 mill. WTF I get 56% hit on him and that's it
I have adam , shayd , smoulder , Rhize and main ..... Main Rhize and adam have all 8 rune slots full all lvl. 8 or higher and still can't do chit !

xxx xxx xxx ............................ OR .... xxx adamanti queen p <--- this form worked for my second try, but that was with ironheart 6 suit

The sub wasn't very important, actually - i just beat mulan the day of beating minister lascivius, so i chose a random hero to stick my lv 11 champ gear on :/
The only thing he did really was to serve as one more turn to stall. Queen P is the most buffed up, 75k hp and lv40 ironheart spirit, lv10 vengence, 9 endurance, etc.
Ahmose needed to survive a few rounds, Adamanti just helped to take away some hp overall (i got stuck at 93% before because i reached the round cap). I just recruited him Tuesday, no stars and no saints. Main had lv 5 partisan, rest had at least 100 morale. It was most important to get the lower minions killed off for me, so a nice crit helped me there. I'm so happy!

Mulan is actually not that hard, give her the chance to only attack queen P and you should be fine, let the rest of your heroes finish it off while she keeps healing

Mulan actually had the first helpful replays for me. Queen P should be alone in middle row and just let Herja and others take care of the top and bottom. It's actually open to variation, it shouldn't matter too much how you place the top and bottom rows as long as the side-minions die soon enough.
