So let me get this straight, Morgan as you claimed you do not work for Tynon. Hence you do not really know what the problem is . So how can you assume what it is and close threads when people vent their frustration.

I am pretty sure you will close this one to but meh what can you do when someone is on a power trip. As long as the post is not abusive people have the right to post on forums and last time I checked we live in a democratic world.

There are major issues at the moment with the game and not getting any feedback from the devs is making this even worse. A courtesy mail saying yes there are issues and they will reset this event or basically anything would go a long way in calming most people down. Yes you will get the odd person going berserk but that is human nature and everyone is different. So let us acknowledge that we have a problem and work from there. Not everyone can be constructive as they just want to play the game and have fun not get frustrated. Also having a basically non existent customer support makes it even worse. So cut the gaming people some slack.

i am looking at the watch eagerly to see this thread closed.

Lets get to the point , we really need some one from Dev or the representatives of the game acknowledge the issues once in a while atleast. Haven;t seen dawnseeker say a word or announce some thing. To me i appears as if we are just being asked to live with the experiments that the devs do.

Duplicating threads is a forum violation, so any mod has a right to close threads that are duplicated.

Closing a thread does not delete it, so people can still see all the comments made.

NO Mod works for the company, they are players like us, and do this as volunteers. SO they have no inside information.

Even Mods have a right to their opinions, even dumb ones and ones that make no sense. God knows we have seen enough of those form people who arent mods.

I am usually the first one to jump down Morgans throat for abusing her power. I have read the threads and unless I am missing something, I think this outrage at Morgan is a bit misdirected this time. The devs screwed up not Morgan. Its not her fault they broke the servers with CWF. Nor is it her fault the compensation is horrible. She may have said things many thought were less than logical but she is a player and a mod. She cant come on teh forums and complain and throw a fit like us, shes suppose to be reasonable and respectful. If you got an issue with her take it to a pm.

Now back to telling tynon devs how bad of a job they did on CWF and how 5k tickets does not make up for missing out on major events like GWF and NL

It would be very helpful if the mods when closing a tread that is a duplicate would place a link to the tread that it is a duplicate of so people do not have to go hunting for it.

From what I've seen, most that post here ARE senior players. I've been playing for some months, on different servers and I'm no where near the levels I hear many talking about. The real problem is that the Devs don't give a crap about what's put in here. I seriously doubt any of them visit the Forums more than maybe once a month! So, we set here complaining about things, giving suggestions, etc. and no one that can do anything simply go about their merry way doing as they please!

To me the compensation was poor, but that's been true with all the games like this I've played. 5K tickets isn't horrible, just inadequate!

It's not people venting their frustration, it's how they vent it which is the problem. Big difference.

The forums are not democratic, they are owned by Tynon (uCool) and they set the rules which us (the mods) are responsible for upholding. So take it up with Tynon.

Cut the gaming people some slack? Wow, wish the gaming community cut me some. If you want to complain go ahead, but be comprehensive when you do so. A thread full of insults to Tynon solves nothing and no one can get to the bottom of the issues. Those types of theards are known in the forum world as 'spam and 'bashing' both of which are in the forum rules as forbidden.

And yes I will be closing this thread, not because there I'm 'hiding Tynon's faults' or 'refusing to believe' there are problems, it's because you decided to create a thread to start bashing me, which I also might add is also in the forum rules under 'being disrespect to moderators'.

Well if you can create an extra 6hrs a day, then maybe. There is such a button with says 'new posts'. Use it and you will see all new posts and you should be able to find any revelent. I am a moderator not an editor, it's not my job is not to run around editing threads just because people can't be bothered to use the search function.

Okay just got a mail at asia/pacific from Tynon saying they have encountered some technical issues and the CW is postponed for a day and they have given everyone 5 K tickets as compensation. I can live with that, so you see just a mail out to everyone is not that hard and goes a long way to keep most happy.

It is all about customer service yes the game may have a few bugs and we can live with that ( well at least I can) but not getting any input from the game devs that is the most frustrating part.

Matt I did not say Morgan broke the game or it was her fault that game has so many issues . All I am asking her is to cut the people some slack for venting their frustrations at a game which has so much potential but now and then makes you pull your hair out.
