Okay just got a mail at asia/pacific from Tynon saying they have encountered some technical issues and the CW is postponed for a day and they have given everyone 5 K tickets as compensation. I can live with that, so you see just a mail out to everyone is not that hard and goes a long way to keep most happy.

It is all about customer service yes the game may have a few bugs and we can live with that ( well at least I can) but not getting any input from the game devs that is the most frustrating part.
