    can anyone tell me.....

Can anyone tell me if Tynon was to ban a person from game (for whatever reason) how would others know they were banned? particularly those in the same guild and particularly if the person banned was host of a guild.

My host cannot log into his account on a certain server. he has no problem logging into other servers (same email and p/word) but having no luck this one particular server........only thing we can think of is that he was banned (tho dont know what for).

If anyone can give me a steer here, be great.

I can log in to server 30, no problem but when I try server 100 it just keeps on loading and tells me to refresh my browser as flash (don't you just hate flash, the best improvement possible in Tynon is to get rid of that crap?) plug in may be causing a problem. I close everything down and it still won't load.

the problem host is having is at tynon home page..... he enters the password and it tells him its wrong

he has not changed password and his keys are known to no-one else.

He uses same email address and password for other accounts and is having no trouble jumping into them......... is this a bug or what??? meed answers please

Wrong password error isn't a ban issue.

He might have changed his p/w for that server, or someone else did.

yes is the only reasonable explanation - but it is not so, unless someone somehow guessed his email he uses and then also guessed his password. he has told me noone else has keys, so i and others at a loss to understand what has happened.

or find out the ip address of the hacker that changed his password? Or what they changed his password too so that he can access his account and change the password and lock them out?
This is very serious as the hacker has access to booting the entire guild!

All he can do is to file a support ticket and prove he's the real owner, by providing details no one else would know.

This whole thread could also be a phishing attempt by someone who knows the email address of an account and is attempting to find out how he can retrieve the password.

It's the internet. doubt before trust.

Tynon lets you set up alternative email accounts now. I am betting you let someone use one of your server characters and he changed the password and gets the mail from alt email account.

The easiest way to prove you are the owner if the log on id is the current email address is for Tynon to send an mail to that address and have the user copy and paste the contents into the ticket. The log on id can not be changed unlike the current email address or the password recovery question.
