I am having trouble logging into servers also and don't know why. No one would report me for anything. I didn't do anything. Please help.

Tynon lets you set up alternative email accounts now. I am betting you let someone use one of your server characters and he changed the password and gets the mail from alt email account.

Actually it is not. You use can use a different user id and password when registering for the forum.

The easiest way to prove you are the owner if the log on id is the current email address is for Tynon to send an mail to that address and have the user copy and paste the contents into the ticket. The log on id can not be changed unlike the current email address or the password recovery question.

Problem is the email address used is no longer active - it was a business email address. is there any other way at all? it is also funny that the email and password is fine to log in on other servers - this tells me its not something on his end and its a bug or something or a banishment from tynon....would i be correct in this assumption?

I mean how is it possible to use same email and password and log to 1 server and not to another???? The person who owns it is top 3 power wise and has spent alot of cash - hence wants to be able to continue playing it. if it was a fresh account i doubt if he would be so worried.

Go to www.tynon.com and open a ticket. You can also do it from the support tab in the chat on a server that you can log on to. Of course, you can not log on to any server right now.
