Wasnt able to fight in Baal/Cerb

Server 6 - Might of Helios: My character is "Mommy". I was stuck at the invisible halfway point in Cerb & unable to fight, I boosted & lost credits on the refresh & was still unable to fight. I usually make it in the top 3, top 4 if Shayd is asleep. Also, my guildies can't see my type in chat. The weird part is that I was able to sign in my daughter's account, my alt's account & a fellow guildies account that I help & they were all able to fight. Does somebody have it out for me? I won my battle in Championship Warfare, maybe that has something to do with it, since a lot of problems seem to be tied to that? Never had this problem before. If possible could you compensate me with a Lv.3 jewel, coins & credits? Don't worry about the plans, I still need to beat the next heroic boss, so I'll just sell it.

I tried again after I posted this, & almost immediately after it was fixed! Unfortunately, 10 minutes to go in Cerb, though, but that's because I was slow posting this. It's working now, you guys are quick!

I was able to join Cerberus today but then i was unable to fight and screen showed tho that i had done 2.34% damage , but i was unable to chat with anyone it was like i was invisible and several others im my guild had the same fate , i feel tynon owes me coins for the inconveince of poor programming and loss of my chance to fight in cerberius but makes me wonder in baal if i will suffer same fate, and my guild said only the powerful ones in my guild was able to fight today , come on TYNON lets get the program straightened out before you move on to things like the championship arena hope you get it straight soon or me and many will be leaving tynon

Exact same thing happened to me on server 6 and I was at 100% boost (took 18 try's in credits to get to 80%) and of course the 10 gems are gone. When the game finished I had only done .58% damage. Oh and while I was stuck the timer at the top right said it close's in 2+ hours
