I looked at the last 12 reports sent to Tynon. It appears they have two form letter that address every problem that occurs.The above letter is the first unique one I've received, but is utter nonsense. Apparently, not only do they no longer have a mod here to answer our questions, but they do not bother watching the tourney real time so they can witness the problem when it is occurring real time. I really like the game, but will not invest another dime until Tynon learns the meaning of customer service, and communication. This is by far the worst communicating gaming company I've experienced online.
