I do not understand what you mean by Points. There is no points being carried over from on Lab run to the next. Once you finish a lab run (beat the Guardian and all extra bosses, or abandon it) you start clean again. The only think that you keep is the goodies you got from Shuffles, bought from Discounts, were awarded for beating the Guardian of the extra bosses (car flips) of were awarded based on the number of points that you achieved in that run.
