I'm on servers 1 and 107. I was a late starter on 1 so thought it would be nice to be in from the beginning so I joined 107. I'm not sure if it's happened on other servers, but it seems like once a guild reaches Level 4, the city bonuses become a game changer if they are able to hold it more than a few days as getting 150% becomes a snowball effect.

It might be better to move these further back in attainment and move up some of the other ones like three extra guild chest chances or even the free lab (which you can only get after going through every single other labs you have.
