There seems to be a random bug the removes power. For ex, I just lost 200K points from the display. If I call up the rankings tab, it still shows roughly what my points should be, but the normal display shows the smaller number. This has happened about a half a dozen times in the last couple of weeks
It is possible that when upgrading your gear, the power that it upgrades to is not correct.
To show actually power gained, craft, then remove and put back on.
This usually gives you the correct power added by crafting.
The power displayed after refresh seems to be the correct one.
