Marshal daily salary

Can someone please help me out here? I have held the rank of Marshal now for the last six days, but whenever i collect the daily salary for that rank (2.25 million credits) it actually deducts both gold coins and credits from the stock i already hold. Now, for the last five days I've been submitting glitch reports to the support team, but i keep getting the same answer " my daily salary has been successfully delivered 100,000 credits". This is really beginning to get on my nerves now...mainly because I'm going through the correct channels to get this problem remedied but it feels like TYNON doesn't give a monkies stuff about it's gamers any more. On a side note to this issue, i went to check the status of my support request just now...and all of my requests to the support team have been erased, like if they can't see it, and i can't see them then i never submitted them.

I have also seen this behavior on lower ranks once there is a reputation maintenance so I think it is somehow related to that. I also do not see the reputation maintenance being deducted so that is another this that is strange.
