    Tavern not giving Spirits - Missing stars, gems, etc

    Hey Tynon,

    Another issue. My Tavern does not give me Spirits for gold heroes. They come, they go, with impossible odds of getting them, however, no spirits are added. This started when I became a VIP and has not got better. I am constantly looking for heroes in my Tavern, and I have a grand total of 60 spirits compared to others with hundreds who do a lot less hunting than I do. It is also not just me, several members in my guild are experiencing the same issue. Power gains and rune power also have no effect on my acct, same as the other accts in our guild with the Tavern problem. I recently spent 4000k credits to unlock 5th rune spots on 4 heroes, and assigned excellent runes, yet there is absolutely no difference in my physical attack power. It shows up on the meter as a power gain, however there is no change at all in attack strength during battle. Stars are missing on my heroes, with still the very bad odds of losing and high medal cost even though my stars are gone, and no, I didn't try to level and lose stars, they just disappeared. I won 1k gems in the arena 2nd week of the game, and everything I bought with those gems was recalled. Stars, Runes, everything is gone. Now my account appears to be stuck.

    Can you please look into this.

    Same has happen to me also and it all started when i bought vip and now I am vip4 and suffering bad dont get spirit cant get thouse golden heros loose every battle so I was wondering if its somekinde of punishment for buying vip

    Same problem here though I bought in at VIP1. Within three days of buying VIP1, my gem total was reduced by 50... The exact amount VIP1 gives you. I received my gems when I made the purchase, but they were taken away within days, right before my eyes. I wasn't doing anything that would have caused them to be spent at the time.

    Since this is a Beta game there is no real recourse. Of course if this had happened to a VIP6 or VIP9 maybe they would react to the large chargebacks coming through from a lack of response there.

    Being Beta testers doesn't mean we enjoy getting ripped off. Allowing these kind of things to continue to happen to people who are paying real money into this game is going to anger a good number of them to the point they chargeback or use paypal to retrieve their funds. For me it was $5 - a little over a gallon (4 liters) of gasoline here. But for others spending $88 USD for VIP3 / 4 and getting gems on the side with extra money... that adds up. You don't want to lose your paying customer base unless you are running this on venture capital and intend on cashing in quickly and leaving it to wilt. The Silicon Valley Bubble burst a long time ago..

    Since it's a beta, what's wrong with reinstating the lost gems? What's wrong with being a little generous with certain things so that the players can learn how to use them? It's fiat currency... let us splurge and make mistakes with it that don't cost us lots of grief in the end, as there is no written guide on this game and very vague descriptions on the way things are used. It's all going to be wiped later anyway, so what harm is there in this? I can sure see the harm in not doing anything about it.

    Also, it appears that there will be no real warning as to when this game goes "live". No email to the account holder, no notice... Perhaps just one days notice while in-game. Can you at least send an email to the VIP1 and above players who paid at the email address of the credit card / paypal account to let us know a day before it goes live? With all the automation of information, you certainly have all our email addresses in one database - or at least your financial or billing department / accountant does. One mass email out to all saying something to the effect of, "Going live in 24 hours" or even "going live in 8 hours", would be much appreciated. Late starts in this game are costly and I know everyone who has even paid $5 would really like to get the most out of it. Same with the non-paying players, many of whom are waiting for things to improve before they spend for VIP 1, 3, 6... etc...

    Since it's a beta, what do you (Tynon Developers and staff) have to lose with reinstating things that were lost by bugs in the programming? It's all going bye-bye once it goes live anyway...

    Can we not poll all the peeps that have lost out through Tynon indifference and do a mass charge-back?

    Maybe that will get some attention to the grief we are experiencing!!

    Gillian, as much as I understand you've been frustrated and there have been faults with Tynon but this is beta. When we signed up and created our accounts we all did it on the understanding that there would be latency, bug and game issues which would be fixed while Tynon is in the test phrase.

    I have yet to come across a game or games company that never had an issue, I would be in fact more than surprised if there was. As for paying it is optional and like all games that have that option, paying guarantees that's paying player a head start. There is no hidden agenda here. By the way those that do pay money help to keep the game free for those who wish to play for free.

    If you still feel aggrieved then maybe Tynon isn't the game for you.

    Sadly. it might have to come to that. Hopefully they realize that the sooner they get to the end of the beta testing, the less they have to worry about giving away gems and items to those who wanted to be the first to try out the game and help them. We're not getting paid anything for our time there and we're guinea pigs / beta testers. Nor will we get our names in the credits for this game.

    Honestly, we are doing them a favor. And other gaming companies would sure like a beta group such as ours to test out their games. We're not just credit card numbers and paypal accounts, Tynon Staff! We are also doing you a big favor... Try to keep it in perspective. Email us when your done with your adjustments. Some of us are tired of working for free or even paying for it

    Paying and not getting what you paid for, or having it revoked or removed by no direct action of your own is theft. So as far as a hidden agenda, drop $88 USD on this and lose what you paid for as many have (many are not posting in here, but they do in realm) and then take it with a smile is not how most of us would react.

    Honestly, Tynon should be paying us to help them beta test this. Game testers make good money here in Silicon Valley. I know, I live here and I'm not far away from where these developers are working.

    I understand this is beta, however the fact remains that if I go to Wal-Mart and buy something, and then an employee came out into the parking lot and grabbed it back after it was paid for, it would be a crime. I know this is beta, that is why I waited so long to post the original thread, to give Tynon time to repair the situation. I am not being impatient, however, ppl that have spent money or won gems etc, would like to have them back which is their right.

    I know it is not easy to put a game together like this and cater to the needs of everyone, however, the fact remains that this situation has affected many on the server, it is a big issue, and since it is beta compensation should be easy. If all of these accounts are going to be restarted anyway when everything is correct, then I am like Vato and do not see the harm in making things right so we don't feel we have been ripped off.

    All of us understand this is beta, that is not what is in question here. What is in question is why we have not been able to keep items we have bought/won, and the negative impact it has had overall on ppl that have left the game for their losses.

    I cannot in good faith spend another penny on this game and I would have spent a lot by now, and I can not actively ask peers and co workers to support this game if I know that they could lose their investments. Common sense does apply, even in a beta.

    Again, no impatience here, I love what Tynon is doing with the game, and I know the hard work the devs have into it, but it is time to start looking into these more serious issues, or at least provide us a little something to recover our losses. Honestly, people won't pay for something if they don't feel they have support if it breaks.

    That is what the main complaint is about. We have PAID for upgrades/coins/etc etc which is supposed to be the 'head start', BUT, it doesn't work when they are taken off you and NOT reinstated.

    Just rephrase that please, from :

    Paying guarantees to Paying means we are being taken for mugs!!

    I very much doubt if you had paid $100 for upgrades you would so blithely disregard Tynon taking the upgrades off you, with NO compensation nor explanation other that 'bleat' It's a Beta

    What exactly have "they" taken off y'all. If you had paid for gems or VIP status and the promised extras were not delivered then yes you have cause for complaint. If that's the case I suggest you fill a customer request at;

    tynon.support.ucool.com

    Fill in your transaction and order number. If there's a problem and Tynon's customer service is on the ball they should fix it for you.

    However, if its referring to a game change, like you were able to gain items (for free, no money involved) and now that's changed, it's a case of playing beta sucks sometimes.
