I understand this is beta, however the fact remains that if I go to Wal-Mart and buy something, and then an employee came out into the parking lot and grabbed it back after it was paid for, it would be a crime. I know this is beta, that is why I waited so long to post the original thread, to give Tynon time to repair the situation. I am not being impatient, however, ppl that have spent money or won gems etc, would like to have them back which is their right.
I know it is not easy to put a game together like this and cater to the needs of everyone, however, the fact remains that this situation has affected many on the server, it is a big issue, and since it is beta compensation should be easy. If all of these accounts are going to be restarted anyway when everything is correct, then I am like Vato and do not see the harm in making things right so we don't feel we have been ripped off.
All of us understand this is beta, that is not what is in question here. What is in question is why we have not been able to keep items we have bought/won, and the negative impact it has had overall on ppl that have left the game for their losses.
I cannot in good faith spend another penny on this game and I would have spent a lot by now, and I can not actively ask peers and co workers to support this game if I know that they could lose their investments. Common sense does apply, even in a beta.
Again, no impatience here, I love what Tynon is doing with the game, and I know the hard work the devs have into it, but it is time to start looking into these more serious issues, or at least provide us a little something to recover our losses. Honestly, people won't pay for something if they don't feel they have support if it breaks.
