What exactly have "they" taken off y'all. If you had paid for gems or VIP status and the promised extras were not delivered then yes you have cause for complaint. If that's the case I suggest you fill a customer request at;

Fill in your transaction and order number. If there's a problem and Tynon's customer service is on the ball they should fix it for you.
However, if its referring to a game change, like you were able to gain items (for free, no money involved) and now that's changed, it's a case of playing beta sucks sometimes.
