    Fair bug

    Clicked on buying a credits to coins button and purchased, got a Valla card that was next to it... Haven't used the card so can I please be reimbursed?

    Also reporting stage 5 in palace bugged out in reward this weekend, was supposed to get 5 medals, same as i got for stage 4 but never got it.

    AND at stage 6 when I completed the last fight I didn't get a chance to choose a reward, since I got revenge attacked, after the revenge was won by me I never got the end button showing the %age left. Since I couldn't leave the fight I had to refresh page, and when I got back in I was in next stage...

    Tis isn't the place to report this sort of issue. You need to click Support above your chat window.

    When you click on an item right at the time that the Fair refreshes it can change as you are clicking. You need to look at the confirmation screen to make sure that you are buying what you wanted.

    There was 11 minutes until refresh, so that's why I claim it was a bug... And as far as above the chat window goes ChickenWing, only button there in gamewindow is for forum, I'm well aware of what support means, care to take a look at what this thread is located in...? No need to flame me because I had a game problem.

    Nope, technical support means getting help with game mechanic issues, for asking "How can i do this? Can someone explain to me?", I'd rather go look at faq section before posting anything at all...

    I could've posted it in bugreports though, that's true, but in my experience as beta tester last 10 years for various games, technical support leads to faster responses than bug reports...

    You are unlikely to get a response from Customer Support who are the frontman for technical issues in game here on the forums.

    Here's 3 ways of contacting them;

    • Using the support button just above the chatbox in game
    • Going to the main homepage www.tynon.com
    • Using the link I have in my sig

    Not sure what support button all are talking about, since the only link on top of chatwindow in game is a link to forum lol.

    it located on the bottom right of chat box next to private button it says support
