    Good one Tynon it only took you 1 day to come up with a new way to screw the players. Cerb this am a bunch of Beauty of Aphrodite players got a message to refresh, assets not found and the name newbie attached to it. So I refreshed and (Drum roll please) got nothing.
    Andy please stop telling people to send in tickets. I sent one in telling Tynon that I was not getting the stats when I sainted my main. I explained that I had Sainted the main 3 times and 2 of them did not receive improved stats. I gave them the date and the time. Tynons brain trust sent a response that showed I had sainted my main 3 times on the day and date provided, Not one word about the missing stats I still have cards that need sainting but I sure am not going to waste them until Tynon fixes the bug. If ever.

    If you want any in game issues resolved then your best option is to create tickets with support. Unless it's major server or cross game issue it's rare for a rep to answer individual queries here on the forums.

    As for sainting, my sancts on my leader appear usually after refresh, so I'm not sure why they aren't for you.

    I got the message too but at least the chips and plans were there.

    Happened after BAAL also, Assets not found. I got nothing on my main character or my alternate after I refreshed so the problem is on more the one server and is a cross the game issue. Fix it please

    Yep, same issue/error msg for everyone on Server 2 after Cerb and Baal today. No rewards given. (Yes, i submitted a ticket). Just posting here for general FYI.

    Morgan, That is my issue. I sent in a ticket and they basically cut and pasted it and sent it back to me. They did not address the real problem at all. I don't know who I could send a ticket to telling them that their people are nearly brain dead. I did refresh and nothing changed. Same as with the no assets thing which has happened twice now.

    And that kinda attitude helps? Here's a hint the answer your're looking for is with your original mail in a general reply from 'Stanley' underneath.

    Actually for me support works rather well.
    Granted they don't solve all the issues instantly, but the new patch adressed 3 issues I send tickets in for.
    On some issues I get a general reply, saying they are looking into it, which I choose to believe and voila, a few weeks later they come with changes.
    Some issues that seem new to them, they actually give a different reply.

    Also I have had many returns from lost items, whether it is gems, equip or anything else.

    Support is working their asses of in my oipinion.

    Can you even imagen how many tickets they get in on a daily bases?

    Same here, I am extremely satisfied with responses to my tickets. With the same types of issues a Wildflower mentions. Stanley is a sweetie!

    Yes I can imagine how many tickets they get but they have 2 easy ways to cut down on them. 1, Actually read the read the ticket and either fix the complaint or give decipherable reason why it can't be fixed. 2. Tynon hire some devs that know how to test and fix things that are broken. When I tell some one that I have only used 3 cards because they are not sainting properly I don't need a letter from them telling me I have only used 3 cards.
