Actually for me support works rather well.
Granted they don't solve all the issues instantly, but the new patch adressed 3 issues I send tickets in for.
On some issues I get a general reply, saying they are looking into it, which I choose to believe and voila, a few weeks later they come with changes.
Some issues that seem new to them, they actually give a different reply.
Also I have had many returns from lost items, whether it is gems, equip or anything else.
Support is working their asses of in my oipinion
Can you even imagen how many tickets they get in on a daily bases?
