    Sometimes supports fixes the problem but does not reply to the ticket. Check to see if your problem is fixed.

    There was a point in time where certain added saints on my Calvin didn't show.
    They told me it was a display bug.
    A few weeks later they did show correctly.

    Well, I read the patch note where they said they fixed this issue. So I sainted my main lol no stats for either of the saintings and the second one did not give me the lvl of whatever comes after half angel V. Yes I used gems, and both cards are now gone along with my gems. Stupid me for believing anything that comes from the Tynon team. And yes I did refresh and nothing changed.

    They failed, the 100 gems only retains the card it doesn't guarantee a success.

    They did not fail, the cards are gone. I got a reply from Tynon on my ticket. They stated they would send me 2 more cards but nothing about replacing the lost gems. I sent them the additional information from this mornings massive failure of the patch, So we shall see what they come up with this time. But if they they do not return my gems as well as the cards it is outright theft as far as I can see.

    Why would they replace the gems? You paid them to insure you kept the cards and you are getting them back.

    In that case Moon Tynon are replacing your cards because they weren't retained after they failed. You already used your gems to keep the card so Tynon are honouring their part.

    Lol@Andy, I paid gems to saint the cards, they sainted!!!!! Why should I or any one have to pay again to saint cards that are already sainted? They sainted-I did not get the stats- the cards and gems are both gone. If they had not sainted I would still have them' Does this make any sense to you?

    To be honest Moonshadeux I have no idea what you are trying to say. If your heroes were successfully sanctified, both the cards and gems would've disappeared. It wouldn't have mattered if the your card was successful, you paid the gems to retain the card if it failed, not to make it work. When you choose to pay the 100 gems and its successful, that card is used, gone, finished with, disappeared into the ether and it will still cost 100 hems because you checked it.

    I really don't think this is getting productive and since this is really a Customer Support matter, I'm closing this thread. Thanks.
