Broken Link in User Agreement

I clicked on the Terms of Service Agreement. It includes a link to the privacy policy at http://www.ucool.com/privacy

The link is broken and shows a not found 404 error. This creates significant legal issues, as the legal agreement between user and Tynon refers to that link. Not certain if this renders the User agreement null and void or simply voidable, but the legal team should be made aware of this issue.

At least i can't reach them on any email address they have. tynon@legal.com legal@ucool.com none of them work......I've been trying to contact them for a week and all I get is non delivered emails that time out and say they arn't accepting emails.. good luck finding them

Your problem is Spawn regarding legal issues you hold no credibility. After all, you couldn't type in the correct email address when you declared your intentions to sue. It also weakens your case somewhat when you post in Tynon's forums and carry on playing their game. If this was advised by your legal representative might be worth firing him/her if you ever had one....

To the OP, I've tried the private policy link and it's working fine now. Might have been a connection fault, but please feel free to click the link I've posted here.

The original poster has a point though Morgan, the TOS and the privacy policy are both horribly out of date.

There are also many pointless links to ucool sites and emails that don't exist. But as for the privacy policy issue, it should link to the tynon.com/privacy .

The only link that is incorrect is the www.tynon.ucool.com which was the web address for the original game. The rest which are relevant to private policies are active.

There is a separate link on the homepage for privacy policy, which works fine. So apart from a broken link on the ToS agreement the private policy can be accessed.

I never said you couldn't access it but they are both out of date.

The privacy policy is taken from when the game was on facebook, rather altering it they left it as is.

I have seen at least 2 posts informing you that the email address is legal@tynon.com NOT tynon@legal.com, yet you still keep posting that tynon@legal.com doesn't work.
