So new patch time hoorah!!

Changes/fixes:
* First half of pirates rewards can now be claimed correctly. Previously missing rewards can now be claimed.
*Drop rate of relic plans increased.
*Sanctifications optimized for supporters (Destroyer Herja).
*Fixed an error message in Banish events.
