Not 100% sure of this but from initial testing Pompey not only does more dmg with full hit points but he also seems to do even more dmg with higher total life too. Tested with and without a relic and mine goes from 360k crits in heroic to 450+k when putting a well chipped relic back on.

EDIT: Referring the Pompey scaling with total life remaining versus percent of life remaining.
EDIT2: Testing it now, and it doesn't seem to be the case after all. For both string of tests, I took off the spirit so I don't get any set bonus. I hit 71k with a full-health Pompey with or without the relic. I would test it with and without an Endurance rune as well, but I don't have a Righteousness on hand for him to perform his skill. Can anyone else chip in?

Kahn is a great hero. Probably a game changer as much as Adamanti was. Pompey beats the king horeb anyday. I really have no use for the king TBH.
I rather use Alci than him. Alci is also a monster and hits all 3 frontal formation regardless of square. Invaluable.
Kahn also accumulates life as he fights and always full morale.
Use of Maria now allows for Pompey to be used in many situations.
Maria is in my line up and even if she gets 1 good heal off to the adamanti and others, she is worth it to have in the line up. Herja is not so much needed since many heros at later stages have endurance runes and justice + sets with a lot of morale retention.
And yes Kahn was hard to get, but i got him just in time for the championship.
In the future maybe people will be using this form:
Maria Pompey Khan
Blood Main X
X X X
KingT or Ahmose as Sub
Khan isn't that much use in pvp, or anywhere where your opponent can think.
A shield hero is much better than Khan for this.
Khan shines in pve (quests, heroics, laby), where he can be tanked up in front of the boss and heal himself indefinitely.
Pompey beats KH anyday.
Haven't seen anyone who has found a good use for Horemheb yet.
