Having major problem

I upgraded Flavius Aetius to 3 blue medals but he only shows 1 blue medal. Where did his other 2 go. Please fix that problem fast. Hoping to never see that problem again.

You are explaining your problem wrong. If you submit a ticket, you are going to want to be clear, or they cannot help you as fast as you may like.
Blue Medals = Used to upgrade stars on heroes.
So, you cannot upgrade a hero to 3 Blue medals, only to 3 stars, using blue medals.

So I get on a boat with a guild mate. He has over 38 million power, I have over 22 million power. We get attacked by a player with 27 million power and our boat gets sunk. This is just not possible. After these new changes not only did we loose two good stunners, now the game has become unrealistic. Lets be honest in any situation such as this, the boat would not have sunk. So now I'm asking myself, why am I a VIP5? If I have that many VIP's and can't get ahead then why bother playing. I like a game that a bit more realistic than this. In the boat fight, it came down to all my five guys, 22+ million power, vs one bloodstorm and I got crushed. IMPOSSIBLE. I understand a small difference with formation but this is not possible. I want my money back I'm sorry this is BULL ****!!!

Since you were up against only 1 bloodstorm, it has nothing to do with new heroes, or formation.
The fact is, none of your heroes could hit the enemy's bloodstorm because of its Dodge.

You think that having a high power rating instantly makes you a better fighter. You're wrong.
You're a prime example of why people strive to increase their power ratings in whatever way possible, instead of trying to understand how the game works.

Your Wrong. Now go drop $1000.00 into anything that will raise your power number a little and watch the impossible happen again.

just cause your a high vip doesn't mean the other person wasn't and even if he wasn;t there are other ways to get gems like stealing and stuff like that. And your 22 million power was clearly a waste as you coudln't take out 1 hero.
