I find it very alarming and upsetting that you spend money on a game and work hard daily to build your character up... and when you have issues with game and submit a ticket for help that it goes unresolved and never hear back... I have three tickets I have submitted oldest one being from Dec 15th... very disappointing and sad that the makers and folks who run this game don't take time to respond to a trouble ticket and make it better or fix problem or at least respond back...
