oh they respond alright....with one of their 5 form emails, that in no way acknowledge the problem you have ask about, or that there even is a problem. Then you never hear from them again most of the time. Sometimes you will get a ticket closed email, because they "fixed it", but again no acknowledgement of issue and nothing changed. Simply enjoy the game as it is, because Tynon has no intention of actually interacting or addressing their customers. Great game, worst communication and maintenance ever!!!
