Can someone please tell me what needs to be done

i read it should take 14mins to kill him for him to be upgraded?

but is this with or without final mode?

because the problem on our server is the final mode due to low population final mode will take LONGER then beating the 50m hp he has..

does someone have a idea fix for this or CAN this be fixed?
