Wow, and I thought my server was low population! Typically we can barely muster 12 on my realm. Other realms are between 12 and 20.

Never realized final phase was based on number of people attacking, thought it was just he had another hidden health bar you had to grind down.

has to be coz it takes ages even with me removing morale 2x the damage does not matter so we are kinda stuck here..

and yes usually 2-3 people during baal.. there is only about 15 player across the server here..

Yes it will take 8-9 mins.
You need to increase the number of people attacking to lessen final mode's length.
