I think the answer he was looking for was. Run 26 alts over 4 people. And you will get your 1-2min final phase.

Think they are targeting the US market atm europe and pacific have not open any new server for nearly 2 months

Why open new servers when the current ones have 4 -5 active players. That is part of the problem because they went crazy opening new servers which thinned out the population

fact is packed servers don't yield the high profits they want. They need to make it appear that they are an uber-fast growing game and new servers do that for them. Also the spending rate in the first few weeks of a server is massive compared to months down the line. They also have a huge problem with player retention, there just isn't enough in the game to keep most people interested once the server solidifies, they have no puzzles, no real interesting group activates, no active and interactive story-line, and no real world to explore and discover. most people become bored and server hop to experience a challenge again by re-building a new account.

Basically agree with you here. Except that I think the main reason people create new accounts when a new server is opened is to have the chance to get a jump on others and get that top 10 power spots and hope to keep it.

More settled servers would generate more revenue if we had more competition I would think. I would certainly be more apt to spend money on gems and invest them in the guild if we needed space for members. Instead of doing it for benefits and to eventually build up to the next city.

I don't imagine the servers they need to run this game must be horribly expensive, but it must be expensive enough to maintain them that having as many as they do is going to cause more financial drain down the road then the cash inflow from the spend fest of a new server generates.

The problem is that Ucool doesn't think sustainability or longevity in their business plan. They continually look to make as much money as possible until the game dies out. I don't suspect Tynon will survive much past 3-4 years (look at Evony). When you begin to compare Tynon to other MMO's, WoW being the greatest example but SWTOR is another good one, it doesn't compare for interactivity, sustainability, and overall fun.

Let's look at Star Wars The Old Republic (SWTOR) for a moment. It is a free to play game, much like Tynon, but also has a subscription service. The subscription service has very nice benefits and makes it much easier to progress through the game (much like Tynon and VIP status) but it is still possible to achieve playing free (just takes a long time, again like Tynon). That is pretty much where all similarities end, however. SWTOR is an immense world with so much interactivity, storyline, and exploration I couldn't begin to dive into it here. But it is rife with PVE and PVP events that are insanely challenging and interesting. It also has a ton of personal quests, puzzles, games, etc....that keep a player interested and playing for ages. It also has a large amount a personal touches you can add to your characters.

Tynon lacks all of these features and because of that it is an unsustainable game, it's already experiencing massive player loss, it took Evony 2.5-3 years before they reached the point Tynon has now, (I actually think Tynon is in almost as bad of shape as Evony). They need to re-examine their business and developmental models if they want the game to last. I think they should start by hiring some damn writers to give them a decent story line (Hint: I'm a writer and available, could probably do it for about 5k). Second make the characters and their development a little more personable. Not to hard to let us equip a fancy sword, or some new clothes onto our heroes. Third gives us more interactive individual and group challenges. A puzzle to solve every once in awhile would be nice.

You can't compare swtor or wow to tynon/evony.

Flash games vs full 3d games.
Hundreds of thousands of $$ to create and maintain vs several million $$ to create and maintain.
    Subscription service vs value-added services.

    Apples to peanuts comparison.

What might help with the issue at hand is putting Calvin in with full morale for last strike and let him hit first.
He will ensure the party can do more damage, which in my view should help the rounds go quicker.
Also taking out the heroes who build morale when attacking could be a good choice and add some cannon meat.
You will have more time to do damage.

    Formation proposal:

    Blood, x, calvin
    Shayd, mage, main

Another thing though; do you really want a bigger guy when you only have 4 people active?
You won't kill it a.k.a. no final blow..

yes u have a very good points + the first servers were also alot of beta players that started there and EVERYONE has city buffs on S 1-5 coz of realm city's i have 0 city buffs.. because the other guild (coiners) cant be beaten 3v1

and well most people quit due to boring and other player playing nasty sinking someone just coz they can they did not even need to..

and well if someone cant win most quit.. and there are about 2000 players with <10000 power who all tried the game for a day then tynon said SERVER FULL lets go to the next and all new member start at the NEW server ofcourse,,

and thats where the biggest problem was the every week 2 new server up ..
