The other servers dies BC Tynon started rolling out 2-3 new servers every week.
They then funnel all noob traffic to the newer "recommended" servers.
So one server gets about a week of advertising traffic, then on to the next.
The bottom server in each time zone (i.e. 1,2,3,4,5) gets more traffic BC people want to see what "server-1" is like now.

It's based on the number of players who are hitting the boss.
(the player must engage and hit the boss to register a 'count')

Been proven on several servers with different number of players (1 to 40), and with different amounts of damage dealt.

checked this was alone today took me 34 battles in finale mode and i use pvp formation so 1 hit then he does 1000 strike so its 100% not hp related.
