BAd problems need fixed

When you first opened this game it was great. In the last week you have made it almost impossible to play. Labyrinth has always had a few squares close to and under the board on right well as of today you can't click on the end tie either making it impossible to win. And it says win and get these 4 items but when you do win you lucky to get the tokens prize none of the rest. You have gems in arena and when you select them they disappear before the 30 min is over to claim them. Same happens when you take them from another player. Everything you take from other players is only giving you half of it even when other player doesn't try to take it or take it back. I have had a support ticket in for almost a week now about the vanishing gems on bot mine and my granddaughters account between the 2 is close to 1k gems. Get them for the beginners rewards or out of arena and the vanished and were not used . The guild war has glitched and as a result our guild lost 2 cities the same night even tho we definitely won won and it said we won the second and then gave the city to the other team. Final problem I can recall at this point is the icons on bottom. you got too many or they are too big one. hero icon overlaps the chat up and down arrow buttons so you cant use them or it is behind chat and you have to close it and can barely choose it because of red fez on hat. Having pirates as a assistant item is really not fair t smaller players because big players pummel players 2-3 times smaller than them and so smaller players rarely get to cross safely if at all. Yet big players cross 3x everyday. I suggest with this you limit it to 1 successful crossing a day with 3 attempts makes it a little more fair to ev1. This is all I can recall atm last was not a technical problem but included it as a after thought.
