Talent Illuminated Mind

I have noticed that I do not receive any power-up whenever I increase the lvl of my talent item "Illuminated Mind".
I have a smoulder as my mage but it is being really affected because I am not receiving the bonus of the magic attacks.
He is in my formation and he does have magic attack (FOCUSED) in his rune slot

I have got no idea whether or not it is glitched as I have asked other players and they do say it gives them the power-up
Any tips what I can do?

Have you looked at his Magic Attack stat or are you just basing this off the numbers on the main screen, or even the power of the individual character? I don't find either of those screens reliable.

Well, that is something I would definitely put in a customer service report. Next time I get a talent cooldown I will put one in Third Eye and see if I can confirm this.

Already sent to customer support and they said the have to collect more evidence to confirm this which irritated the hell out of me as it is probs only me

because Smoulder hits multi targets. his magic attack is divided as well.

believe me when I say, my magic attack is 33,016 and my talent level is 89 which gives me +13,458. his Intelligence is, 212, and still deals crapy damage of 20k, and he only hits 2-4 target randomly. I can tell you he's the weakest gold guard and hero there is.

hmmm @ CW i last battle a pretty hard smoulders with 18-20k damage a units and with the hits it just luck some get way higher hits then others.. what lvl staff you got?

After so long for waiting for smoulder im actually believing this
