i cant login or more exactly loading stops at 99%. are server down or is it just my problem?

Make sure that you are logging in on the same server that you created the character in and that you have not misspelled your login email address. If that is not the problem then go to www.tynon.com, login to your account and submit a ticket using the Billing Support button. You need to tell them the server that your character was created in and the character's name.

After the new update for the new year pack i refreshed and my power doesn't wanna show up and nothing is loading correctly. is anyone else experiencing this issues too?
