i finally got into game but nothing comes up im stuck at loading the tavern and there are no offers in the special gifts box.so we they have made progress just not enough yet.

It would seem like everything might be working on server 1 for me but not on server 11 or 106

good, then maybe they have found the problem and are working from serv 1 up to fix it... hopefully I know we were near done killing Cerb in 112 when everything crashed. 106, 110, 111 are all still not fully loading.

Another game of theirs called evony is having pretty much the same issue, so it is most likely not the result of a patch.

At least when Evony or any other game goes down, its announced in some way. Here, no word from Tynon. Today it happens when servers are in the process or finishing cerb. Plus the Championship starts today, go figure.

in all other games they try patches and changes on dedicated servers. i dont understand why its not possible to do so in this game and why they have to be done on live servers without a warning

They do, they have an ongoing beta server. This isn't a 'test' but a connection or database error. Don't always believe what you read from others on the internet.

No real evidence the problem is due to a patch or change. It seems more likely something has crashed.

I suppose it COULD be just a coincidence that this happened just when they put up the New Years offer. That IS only circumstantial evidence, but it certainly is compelling evidence!!
