The database centre isn't owned by uCool. So they are reliant on those guys to fix the issues before they can get the servers back up and running.

Now uCool may have found another database center and my knowledge could be out of date but this is usually the cause of the down times.
Good explanation. I'm very familiar with Evony's issues. Also familiar with the Dev's not getting there own act together, and just pumping out servers, and ignoring in game issues as well. They pretend to fix some issues, while other major issues go unanswered.
