This is the text of the ticket I submitted.
Today during Cerberus I got hung at 99% loading for battle. I tried to refresh and logging in was hung at 99% even after flushing the browser and the Flash cache it did not help. After numerous refreshes I was able to log in but stayed at the 0 power and no guild stage.
I was in first place with a very comfortable lead in Cerberus - Light realm. Because of the problems I did not get any rewards.
I demand that you compensate me for the following:
Loss of the plans that I would have gotten.
Loss of the level 4 chip that I would have gotten
Loss of the credits, coins, and reputation that I would have gotten
The credits that I wasted by boosting.
In the future I would appreciate it if you would not put patches in at critical times like during Banish, Guild Warfare, Rag, or The Lady.
I am eagerly awaiting the return of my losses in a timely manner.
