    The database centre isn't owned by uCool. So they are reliant on those guys to fix the issues before they can get the servers back up and running.


    Now uCool may have found another database centre and my knowledge could be out of date but this is usually the cause of the down times.

    They haven't been in Vegas for several months now.

    I have no logs or anything to review, but it seems fairly clear that there is a general sync issue with the DB systems and the client servers at Tynon. Additionally, when CW is thrown in to the mix, you need to sync data with all of the client servers and the CW or other DB instance and when that attempt is made, things get real fun.

    I have several profiles on different Tynon servers and did a little troubleshooting on this from my end. I found that not one server is on the same time as any of the others, at least, not judging by the game clocks. How can you sync data from multiple servers to a DB when everything has different time stamps? I would think that one of the first things you guys would do is get the servers in time sync. I mean, that is pretty basic stuff there. Are you even running NTP and pointing it to a valid source? From my end, it does not appear that you are. Think that could cause synchronization issues?

    My logic is simply this: You are experiencing DB sync issues across multiple systems, the servers also do not appear to be time synced. Eliminate the time sync problem as a possible source of DB sync issues.

    I don't know if that is the problem, but I suggest that you eliminate that possibility by simply getting NTP running and syncing your servers.

    Just a thought from where I sit far away. Again, no hard data to look at but my significant experience says start with basics and that would include syncing your servers to a valid time source

    Hope this finds its way to the right person and they take a look at this issue.

    Andy...sadly Tynon will tell the same lame excuse they told me Im sure. I was 145 gems short after the new updates with the heroes plus I had cinanna half angel who was stripped down. Even after them allowing us to get a new cinanna with the rep upgrade I still was completely stripped of any saint on her. Funny they said oh here is 10 mil coins....lmfao I was livid 10 mil coins for a 1/2 angel boss hero and 145 gems. welcome to Tynon

    Understood and thank you for the reply. I manage multiple outsourced infrastructure providers around the globe in my current role so I know how this can be. If uCool is a major customer and makes a technical suggestion such as I made, they will listen.

    lol, found my self logged in, said I had zero power, no guild, and arena was blank.
    Refreshed to find I can't log in now...
    I guess it's a sign it's being worked on though

    Well if you find a other game better, then move to there imo.
    They're games who earn money that are even far worse.
    Atleast things get fixed, added, changed from time to time here.
    If you like this game, give them a break. Like I said, you can't fix it all in one day.
    We don't know what skills, money, knowledge,.. they have. So yes, as good as they can.
    It's not like they have to turn on or off one switch and taaadaaaa it's magicly all fixed.
    Every bug, every probleme on every server.
    Imagen you're doing alot of effort as dev in a game, only to get scold at.. O_o
    Just give'm a break and time to fix it.
    Yes they maybe choice what issues to focus on, but if they're alot, they have to pick one to start at to move on then.

    Why is there still no official statement?
    Since the forums ARE still up it wouldn't be too hard to log on and make an official statement.
    Oh well. That's a reason why I won't buy more gems. Poor communication.

    I have played nearly all of the other Morphs from 1999 onwards and they all have had their fair share of problems, this is nothing new and will happen again in this game and in other games.

    **OFFICIAL COMMENT*** NGIX Server at the datacenter is forked. Its being manually rebooted.

    Till Then, DNS Will be an issue ie. Bad Gateway.
