Its called pocketing money instead of reinvesting. By using your donations wisely they could cut back to 3-4 servers but it would require updating their TI 99/4-a computer they are running it on, and hiring a programmer. instead it is easier to buy another old TI, clone the program get another dialup line and open a new server.
