Sometimes you need to adjust it, look in general settings in your profile.

Even the WarTunes Devs talked to the mods when there was problems. Seems Tynon can't even do that!

The servers may be full, but they're all full of the same people. I've seen similar issues kill other games... please... fix the old stuff before you add in new things/open new servers. Some of us spend a LOT of time here and would be More than happy to list out the things that need attention... just seems that most of our posts/tickets get nothing but cookie-cutter responses. I WILL commend Stanley for responding to my missing gems issues... but those were the first 2 problems that I've actually seen resolved in 4 months of game play. Pretty sad track record, Tynon.

That's because it's an outage and nothing to do with software. Basically the data-centres that we all access when we log into our accounts are down.

I do not think that to be correct. Looks to me that the bbs and the game servers sit right next to each other and both respond to ping, so the hosting site is not down:

well that's just not true is it - since I'm in central european time zone (currently 00:47) but every single entry here is stamped in gmt zone (currently 23:47)
