Being one of the foolish people you speak of, I'm a little annoyed at these new packages. They are kind of horrible. I'm not one to cry about server outages, but after 7 hours of downtime and getting back in and seeing that, I'm very annoyed. I had the intention of spending at very least $100.00 today, but I won't be dropping one dime until something is done about comp, answers, etc. Or until I just get over it, because after all, I'm one of those foolish spenders.

I applaud you for putting away the money. I have some big spenders in my guild doing the same thing. Props to you.
I understand we need big spenders to keep the game live, so don't get me wrong. You make the game possible.
Thanks for holding back for a while, if every one did that, I bet they'd get it togeather.

Me too... right before the crash (some 9 hours ago) I was talking to a guild mate about the packages and telling him I was gonna buy the 100 dollar one... well - Tynon surely made me rethink my decision by yet again failing to at the very least inform us that they are aware of the problem (whatever it may be) and that they are working on solving it. The game is still not working properly, although some functions are working as they should.
The thing that annoys me most about this terribly long malfunction is the lack of communication...
Chyt happens - such is life, but they could at least drop a line to let us know something is being done.

I really like the game (otherwise I wouldn't have spent all the money I have spent) but I really hate the fact that they open new servers all the time even though many servers are practically empty. They claim they're full, but it's just people who log in a few times at server start then never come back there. So a bunch of inactive accounts and a few actives is what Tynon consider to be a full server...

You didn't lose anything. Use the credits next tuesday. I'm bummed that I spend 2kk credits on cerb and didn't finish, but I don't think they should give 1000 gems to compensate.

Well, that's not exactly true. A week of not having a hero sanctified is quite a loss!

*** ups do happen and period for system down for maintinance is needed but would it be too much trouble for the Dev of tynon just to post a a letter in the forum informing people inform in advance or its an emergency shut down instead of keeping all their customers in the dark?

Well, when you get into 99 everything looks fine - until you go anywhere besides the main city! Then the 'Special Deals' icon disappears and things quit working. And, of course, if you try to reboot, it takes forever to get back in!!!
