Server 79 has chat problems and Rags won't let you fight but you can sign up. Server 86 has similar problems still. Not trying to harp on it all, just sending an update in case anyone is listening.

as for me I won't be spending any more of my money here had enough of this and I have spent a few hundred or so going to ask for it back as they have not given us a working game.

Serious?
Lost stamina bonus, lost Baal, lost Guild Wars, Lost Lady, constant reloads to attempt to collect from Lady. Upon refreshes items already claimed show up again, including Tavern Cards. Previous claims no longer present. All in all the day is lost with this game. Next time the Dev team wishes to give us a new years gift, try leaving it alone.
Guild chat is not possible, its like I am there alone, although I can see others talking.

i cant talk in my guild chat. I can see everything everyone types and i can type in guild chat and i see it post however no one else can see what I say. Is this a CW glitch.

I was wondering why I wasn't hearing anything about the Lady on 99, so I decided to turn the toons back on. To no real surprise to me, no one else was there!!! Of course I tried to reload since I didn't see her anywhere. And, of course, now I can't get in - again!!!!! When oh when will the Devs listen to us and get rid of this stupid CWF??? The problems it's causing more than outweigh the rewards gained - Well, unless you're one of the top 512 in your area, that is!!!!

The compensation for being down was pretty weak. Double sanctification changes for a few more hours (if you can get on!), and the sale is extended (why would people feel comfortable sending more money?).

Dear Tynon,
I think it is obvious in looking at these messages in this post that we all love playing your game. If we didn't we wouldn't be here complaining about the loss of time we are currently experiencing. However, I think you are making a huge mistake in your lack of response to the outage. I am not talking about fixing the issue as I am sure your team is hard at work trying to fix the problem, but the lack of response I am talking about is the verbal one where you tell us you are working on it. Not doing this is causing more issues then the server issues themselves. Simply having someone add a quick post saying we are working on it would no doubt calm some of the players. MY suggestion would be to have an hourly update when something major like this happens. Someone to just say "Hey we are still working on it, no ETA yet but we are working hard to correct the issue" would be great and this would need to be someone from Tynon. No offense to the Mods as you are all great but an official Tynon rep on major outages like this would be great! It would show you are there and do actually care.

The server may be up, but there are still MAJOR problems...the lag is awful. When I enter Arena, Lab, or Tavern, it shows the loading bar, and SLOWLY gets to 100 and then just stops. It may enter the event, but most of the time you have to refresh and cross your fingers to get back in again. IF you do, everything resets, such as credits...I have done the exact same Tavern 3 times since my credits are back to what they were before I had to refresh. This is SO irritating and seeing the compensation, etc. is pretty sad considering the mess today was! Also, the problems are still not corrected...logging in issues are horrible...as is the EXTREME lag time and freezing up in the game. It took over 5 minutes to do 1 battle in the Labyrinth...totally frustrating....at this rate I may finish in about 5 hours.
