I think it is obvious in looking at these messages in this post that we all love playing your game. If we didn't we wouldn't be here complaining about the loss of time we are currently experiencing. However, I think you are making a huge mistake in your lack of response to the outage. I am not talking about fixing the issue as I am sure your team is hard at work trying to fix the problem, but the lack of response I am talking about is the verbal one where you tell us you are working on it. Not doing this is causing more issues then the server issues themselves. Simply having someone add a quick post saying we are working on it would no doubt calm some of the players. MY suggestion would be to have an hourly update when something major like this happens. Someone to just say "Hey we are still working on it, no ETA yet but we are working hard to correct the issue" would be great and this would need to be someone from Tynon. No offense to the Mods as you are all great but an official Tynon rep on major outages like this would be great! It would show you are there and do actually care.
