for a game that yall supposedly fixed yesterday i got to play long enough this morning to get the mail that said you fixed it before it started doing the same thing when it went down to begin with if your going to fix it fix it right the first time or leave the game down until you do get it fixed and then make the compensation worth the troubles everyone is having

same here pal,i think i speak for everyone whether they p2p or f2p,but we dont waste our time and effort to play a game that we care about more than the devs themselves,i think they should introduce an ingame dev on every server
or maybe elect a player from each server to be a server king,to give the devs less work,we tell them directly about the bugs on each server,then they can fix it.any feedback or suggestions welcome.. Pheonix server 35-VoH

IT'S SIMPLE.

REVERSE THE CHANGES APPLIED BEFORE 2 DAYS AGO. IT IS OBVOUS THAT IS WHAT IS CAUSING IT. nOT HARD TO FIGURE OUT THAT BETWEEN CHAMPIONSHIP AND THE NEW SALES EVENT, THERE IS AN APPLICATION ISSUE. MOST LIKELY EVEN A MIDDLE WARE ISSUE CAUSING THE LOCK UP.

PLEASE TURN THESE TWO THINGS OFF. YOU GUYS CANT SEEM TO GET THIS RIGHT. IT OBVIOUSLY CONFLICTS WITH THE DAILY EVENTS SUCH AS BAAL AND CEBRU.

I planned my whole day around participating in Banish Baal this afternoon. Now I can't get in. Impact is not just not being able to play, it is screwing with our (my) schedule and the choices I make to spend my scarce free time.

And the lack of communication about timing of the issue is unforgivable....

Just a thought. Every time my outer plays up, tynon tell me its my browser and I need to refresh it. In the 30 odd years I have been using computers (I can even remember the pet 40 lol) only 2 companies have ever told me to refresh my browser, tynon and evony. I wonder if that is a coincidence. If every other system in the world seems to work ok, and only yours have trouble, I wonder where the fault lies. Perhaps you should start treating your customers with a little more respect, we are not all gullible 16 year olds

Well, unfortunately, both Tynon and Evony are Flash based programs. WarTunes is as well. lash has a problem with deciding to only partially work sometimes. And, it's cache gets full. Reloading the browser usually 'fixes' these problems. I had WarTunes tell me the same thing - true for any Flash based game!!
