WOW 21 hrs and still havn't got it correct i play 3 servers and not 1 is right, yet you are able 2 accept the money for packages???? Do us all a favour and just switch it OFF and then come back 2 us when its up and running properly and as for that compo package i think somebody was on the loopy juice early when they sent that its a joke

The only reason to really come on here is to make sure you're not the only one with a problem. Tynon doesn't talk to its Mods when there's problems. And Tynon doesn't come on to look at any of the posts. And, while posting here is a way to vent your frustrations, the mods CAN'T help, and Tynon WON'T help. So, we simply complain and snipe at each other making everyone even more frustrated!!! Mods, I'm sincerely sorry if I've offended you in any way here!!! I know you're in a very difficult position.

I got their form email telling me it was fixed last night. It was on 1 server for half the guild until this morning. On 3 other servers, some could log in for 5 minutes, some not at all. I could not get in on 82 ever, but my guildmate 1 state away could log me in.....This is a complete failure of the game. All rewards offered for the last 2 days should be given plus 50mil coins, 20mil credits, 5k reputation, and 40 gems, as a start. Then issue an apology TYNON for your poor communication, customer service, lying constantly to us, not being able to manage a game, not being able to troubleshoot the game, insulting us with the "compensation" offer, just to name a few.
HERE IS MY REPLY TO TYNON'S IT'S FIXED EMAIL:
It is not fixed. On server 29 it worked until this morning then failed to sync and now back to 99% load. On servers 82, 102, 2, over half the guild never was able to sign in. I was never able to sign back in on 82, still get 99% load. People on all servers all over the world have been locked out for almost 20 hours now. Your company has the poorest communication, deliberate miscommunication, apathy, and little concern for running this game properly. Great game ruined by the people that developed it!!!!

THANKS FOR NOTHING! FYI: Look at the word compensation in the dictionary please. It does not mean giving me the right to spend more money. Also, look up what double 50% or more is, in a math book. All Sactifies at 50% or above chance would now be 100% success, but they are not!! AGAIN thanks for nothing.

i agree 110% with you,aswell as them insulting us with compensation we have to pay for haha never heard something so stupid,filing a whiplash claim is probably simpler than getting online on tynon right now XD

Sooooooo frustrated right now. Same thing as yesterday. Cant log in to game. And what was our compensation for the game being down most of the day yesterday? "Sorry for the inconvenience. As a way of making it up to you, we are going to extend the amount of time you can spend your own hard earned money to buy packs that are a joke compared to the xmas packs." What are they going to do as compensation for this? "Allow" us to spend 60 stamina to do lab first time and 90 the 2nd???
