Here is a modified version after reading through wisdom from a few of you.
" hello,i am very aware that you are working your hardest,but im seem to become more frustrated by the minute,all the bugs and glitches that happen to this game and consume our valuable time to play. If you purchased a defective product, should it be logical to ask for refund? For all those who paid to play, they deserve a refund of their hard earned cash, at least partially if you have to argue that they consumed some.
The compensation is not compensation unless it is free,as of these bugs and servers being down,i would like to propose a deal for compensation,i would like to be compensated 10 gems,20 maze tokens,10,000 reputation,and 20,000k coins and 10,000k credits. Or simply a clear of queues like the Santa did. It would be very much appreciated by every player. many thanks farewell. "
