2) ... 2 loaded once but power=0, and any attempt to do anything fails except to run around town/
3) with ones that were logged in you can do anything EXCEPT battle. i.e. you get 'Engaging battle HANG ...

same on server 6 did 100 boost on 2 toons tynon now owes me 20 gems
