    Im guessing they decided to push an update to fix the banish rewards misalignment. could have waited til after we got done fighting but ok

    it is not ok !!! losing gems spent on boosts and the resource loss from server crashes during baal is NOT OK !!!

    Tynon wouldn't push an update during Baal or a CWF final.

    No one is saying it is....but sadly what can we do about it.

    lol kasim - why don't you wish for world peace and an end to all thirst and hunger while you're at it LOL
    "expecting" ANYTHING even remotely related to the word "service" from tynon is like expecting to catch a star when reaching your arm to the sky :P

    I think I've said this several times but the forums aren't 'Customer Support'. The only link between Tynon and us out here is Dawnseeker. If it's info your're looking for then see if you can contact customer support.

    Btw if you are able to tell dawnseeker to tell tynon to get another person like dawnseeker to talk to tynon

    and just HOW are we supposed to reach customer support?? the link is in the game, and the game cannot be opened... is there another way?? if so please share!!

    There is another way; Through the main page tynon.com and clicking billing support.
    However you will find this won't work either at the moment.
