I think I've said this several times but the forums aren't 'Customer Support'. The only link between Tynon and us out here is Dawnseeker. If it's info your're looking for then see if you can contact customer support.

Btw if you are able to tell dawnseeker to tell tynon to get another person like dawnseeker to talk to tynon

So i wonder what lovely retribution they are going to give us this time another chance a purchasing the newbie package? we want some of all resources gems coins credits and our freaking stamina bars full oh and while your at it 18k CW tickets and another 100% sanctification rate and 100% success of stars for the next week and some of those mints you put on those pillows at the hotels .... ok the hotel thing aint necessary but the rest of it is this BS has got to stop

we have the same problem on server 66 and its not the first time its about time tynon fix there problem many problem in the game during baal cerberus game froze and need to refresf

Why do the servers always crash during World Boss fights? I paid gems to boost too. I better get my gems back. This is getting really annoying now with all these crashes. GET IT TOGETHER TYNON!!!!

There is another way; Through the main page tynon.com and clicking billing support.
However you will find this won't work either at the moment.

tynon has successfully done a cross server merge at last, ie the Crash merge
